About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Master Data Administrator to join our team at the Business Service Centre in Caerphilly. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and consistent global master data across multiple ERP systems, and playing a key part in supporting business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update global master data across various ERP systems
Ensure data accuracy and integrity to support efficient business processes
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data-related issues
Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations
About You
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You will have strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Skills & Experience:
Strong team ethic, enjoying collaboration in a highly respected team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to deliver high-quality work with strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritise tasks and work flexibly to meet deadlines
Ideally, administration experience in a busy environment
Good computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
A second European language is an advantage but not essential

Location: Caerphilly - Our office is open from 8am - 6pm and working hours will be within these times. However, we support colleagues in the USA with master data activity and therefore there will be a requirement to work up to 3 late shifts per month (on a rota basis) from 3pm until 11pm UK time, however this shift will be worked from home
