We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to build, optimize, and scale the systems, processes, and analytics that power Rossum’s demand generation, campaign performance, and revenue reporting — helping us eliminate manual data entry for global finance teams and unlock the full potential of their business workflows.
You’ll help us with the following questions and challenges:
How can we optimize and scale our MarTech stack (Marketo, Salesforce, WordPress, Qualified) to support seamless campaign execution and accurate attribution?
How can we leverage AI-powered automation to enhance lead enrichment, segmentation, and customer journeys?
How do we ensure the right lead reaches the right person at the right time through intelligent workflows and lead scoring models?
How do we build robust closed-loop reporting and attribution models that clearly measure channel, campaign, and pipeline performance?
How can we enable our marketing and sales teams to operate more efficiently and effectively through automation, enablement, and process optimization?
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
Owning and optimizing the entire MarTech stack (Marketo, Salesforce, WordPress, Qualified), ensuring deep integrations and seamless campaign execution and attribution.
Leading system architecture and process design across marketing tools, building a scalable and connected marketing infrastructure.
Driving lead lifecycle management through automated workflows, ensuring the right lead reaches the right person at the right time.
Maintaining and improving WordPress website operations, collaborating with content and web teams for efficient publishing and performance.
Exploring and integrating AI-powered tools to enhance lead enrichment, segmentation, and customer journeys.
Building and managing automated lead capture, routing, nurture workflows, and lead scoring models.
Ensuring data integrity, enrichment, and compliance with global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Utilizing automation platforms (Make, Zapier, or similar) to streamline lead processes and campaign operations.
Developing standardized campaign workflows, MQL/SQL handoffs, and lifecycle reporting.
Supporting sales enablement by aligning marketing and sales processes in Salesforce and leveraging conversational tools for faster response times.
Building and maintaining dashboards and attribution models to accurately measure marketing impact on pipeline and revenue.
Partnering closely with RevOps and Demand Gen teams to optimize marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue.

This role will contribute directly to Rossum’s mission by enabling the marketing team to operate smarter and more efficiently. Driving measurable business impact through scalable systems and actionable insights.
You’ll work closely with Demand Gen, RevOps, Sales, and Content/Web teams to ensure seamless marketing and sales alignment, efficient lead flows, and optimal campaign performance.

You should apply if:
You have 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role within high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
You have hands-on expertise with Marketo, Salesforce CRM, WordPress, and conversational marketing tools like Qualified.
You have proven success designing and managing lead lifecycle strategies, lead scoring models, and campaign workflows.
You are experienced in building and maintaining dashboards, attribution models, and closed-loop reporting frameworks.
You have a strong understanding of privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and data governance best practices.
You are proficient with automation platforms (such as Make, Zapier, or similar) to streamline marketing operations.
You have excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams.
You are a self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment and drive impact across marketing operations.
