Who You Are
You are a creative and strategic marketing professional with a proven track record in generating leads, building brand awareness, and driving pipeline growth, with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach. You thrive in fast-paced, cross-border environments and know how to leverage digital channels, content, and campaigns to deliver measurable results. You excel at collaborating with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives are closely aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to generate leads, drive pipeline growth, and support sales objectives across U.S. market.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, newsletters, and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Create compelling content for multiple channels, including website, social media, email, and thought leadership materials such as webinars, case studies, and industry events.
  • Oversee website updates, SEO, and monitoring to optimize lead generation and online visibility.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, continuously optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Leverage the latest AI and marketing technologies to accelerate growth and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Plan and execute local and virtual events to build brand awareness and engage target audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the tech industry.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, digital marketing, and pipeline development.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 level).
