What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop, execute and iterate the marketing strategy (offline and online) for the brand as well as product marketing
  • Work closely with regional and local teams to create, implement and oversee (digital) media campaigns based on business objectives
  • Supporting local sales and lead generation efforts through the different marketing channels (paid channels, social media, webinars, offline events, etc)
  • Responsible for content strategy and ownership of all local online channels such as social media and landing pages
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead the nurturing process through email, content and social channels
  • Regular monitoring of campaign performance, conversion funnel and optimization
  • Managing budget overview for all marketing-related activities
  • Sourcing and engaging potential trade partners and affiliate partners

Who we are looking for:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or business administration
  • +8 years of working experience in digital marketing and e-commerce
  • Good proficiency with digital marketing tools (Facebook Business Manager, Google tool, etc)
  • Good understanding of digital marketing trends in UK
  • Excellent communicator (both written & verbal) and creative thinker
  • Strong ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Can-do attitude, contributor, and not scared of getting your hands dirty
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
