We are looking for a Marketing Manager - Bakery & Meals to shape the future of some of the most loved and amazing brands. In this role, you will own the portfolio strategy for our Bakery & Meals business, covering Pastry, Sweet Biscuits, Cakes, Savory Snacks and Meals. You will lead the way in profit & loss management, innovation and business growth, building sustainable success in line with our company vision.
Your portfolio will include iconic brands such as 7DAYS, Molto, Oreo, Bake Rolls and Philadelphia - giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on millions of consumers every day.
How You Will Contribute
In this role, you will:
  • Develop and execute portfolio strategies that deliver sustainable, long-term growth.
  • Take full ownership of P&L management, identifying new product development and business expansion opportunities.
  • Lead the creation of annual marketing plans - from setting objectives to executing integrated campaigns with excellence.
  • Partner with cross-functional and regional teams to design consumer-centric marketing strategies that grow our brands.
  • Lead and inspire a team of five marketing professionals, creating an environment that drives collaboration, creativity and performance.
  • Align with global, regional and local stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand strategies and flawless execution.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, consumer behaviors and competitor moves, translating insights into action.

What You Will Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of marketing experience, ideally including FMCG.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proven ability to create a seamless consumer experience across multiple categories.
  • Strong commercial acumen, paired with strategic and creative thinking.
  • Leadership skills, with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A passion for consumer insights and the ability to turn them into winning strategies.
  • Experience in identifying and leveraging new business opportunities that link consumer needs with commercial growth.
