Position Overview
We're searching for a Marketing Manager to join our Europe Marketing team on a hybrid basis from our Belfast office. This is a 12 month fixed-term contract. To keep us headed in the right direction, we're looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team's diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun.

What You'll Do
- Work closely with functional marketing team and Europe sales management to ensure the implementation of marketing strategies.
- Implement programs within defined timelines and approved budgetary guidelines.
- Be responsible for the localization, development, and management of content.
- Track and report on marketing programs.
- Execution of advertising, events, direct marketing, public relations, web content and presence, and sales support materials.
- Continuously monitor local market conditions and perform regular market surveys to identify emerging trends and generate customer insight.
- Identify and communicate possible improvements in the work process for customers and peers.

Your experience may include:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent and up to 5 years of directly related work experience plus certified training and/or an equivalent combination.
- Experience performing non-routine procedures, work processes or operations in marketing to support sales execution and regional programs.=
- Thorough knowledge of procedures, processes, products and systems to understand how to analyse and interpret complicated information in carrying out assigned tasks.
- Experience with Microsoft suite of products, Salesforce, Domo, Marketo and Asana
