About the role
The Delinea team is looking for a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to execute our marketing strategy and vision in a set of our key markets in EMEA, with a focus on Southern Europe, and Middle East/Africa, based in the UK.

The Marketing Coordinator - EMEA reports to the Director Marketing EMEA and collaborates closely with all other marketing team members. Their key stakeholders are in the sales, sales development and channel functions of our business and the VADs and VARs in our channel distribution. Their focus is on executing our regional strategy to achieve lead, opportunity and sales pipeline creation goals.

We are looking for a marketing professional with experience in growth marketing / demand generation, channel marketing and marketing communications in the IT industry. They are resourceful, creative, and proactive with a proven ability to take responsibility, solve problems and contribute.

What You'll Do:

Contribute to the development and execution of the marketing plan for the region.

  • Supporting the execution of marketing campaigns working with key platforms SFDC, Pardot and HubSpot, creating campaign tracking codes, landing pages etc.

  • Supporting the promotion, delivery and follow-up of virtual events and physical events.

  • Support the sales and relevant marketing stakeholders to ensure local execution of campaigns.

  • Keep organised records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.

  • Support with information required for key presentations such as quarterly business reviews.

  • Collaborate with channel partners on marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the regional Marketing Managers to organise channel partner and end user events.

  • Ensuring regional teams are briefed and are using marketing tools available to them.

  • In collaboration with the International Marketing team support quarterly demand generation campaigns.

Raise brand awareness in the region

  • Engage on local social media and contribute to Delinea social media

  • Engage with local experts for speaking opportunities, articles, webinars

  • Collaborate on regional content/translations (blog articles, landing pages)

  • Coordinate and support content for local webpages.

  • Define and execute the asset localization and production process.

Reporting

  • Reporting on lead generation and trial generation in the region.

  • Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like campaign results, registration levels etc.

  • Reporting on campaigns progress to marketing leadership.

What You'll Bring:

  • Creative, flexible, hands-on marketing professional that’s comfortable rolling up sleeves and doing whatever is necessary to get the job done even in the face of time, budget, and resource constraints.

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously.

  • 2+ years of marketing experience in the B2B technology industry. Cybersecurity sector experience is a plus.

  • Experience across marketing disciplines, particularly end-user demand generation, digital and communications. Channel marketing experience is a plus.

  • First-class presentation and communication skills, able to liaise effectively with customers, partners and colleagues at all levels.

  • Able to work in a matrix environment, show initiative and forge strong relationships both internally and externally.

  • Salesforce experience required. HubSpot experience is a plus.

  • French Native Speaker and fluent English Speaker (both writing and speaking)

  • A Spanish speaker is a plus
