Meet the team:
We’re in search of someone who is motivated to begin or continue their marketing career within a dynamic and fast-paced team who work across a number of countries, with distributor lead activity. Working with a team across the Eastern Cluster, you will have the opportunity to get involved across all stages of the product life cycle, and develop working relationships, both inside and outside of Dexcom. This is a newly created role, reporting to the Marketing Lead for the cluster, and is critical in providing day-to-day support to the Marketing team to ensure the smooth running of the department – but also provides the opportunity to take ownership of projects from Day 1. You will be exposed to the extended team supporting the cluster, and will help develop and implement the annual brand plans across a number of countries.
The role is home based, but with scheduled team meetings at the office in Camberley, Surrey.
Where you come in:
- You will
- take responsibility for the upkeep of the central distributor shared sites for product assets (including Teams, Sharepoint)
- be the point-of-contact and administrator for Veeva Vault, supporting the marketing team with promotional compliance and Medical, Legal, Regulatory copy review approvals and translations
- provide contracting support through supplier liaison to ensure the smooth set up of new contracts and that appropriate records are maintained
- organise and file marketing documents to keep our shared folders up to date and files easily accessible
- take ownership for budget management, ensuring visibility and accuracy of internal records
- work across the clusters to share best practice and learnings

- You will be highly organised, be a self-starter, multi-tasker and problem solver, with a deep appreciation for detail and executional excellence, and you will use your initiative to solve problems
- You will be confident to lead in your area of expertise, speak in front of a group and provide status updates regularly in meetings
- You will have an ability to connect and develop relationships to get the job done at speed
- A Marketing degree / qualification and / or a number of ears hands on experience with a demonstrated record of marketing impact

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a minimum of 6-8 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.
Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
