Fintua (formerly Taxback International) is a fast-growing SaaS business, with an innovative approach to transforming how businesses manage indirect tax. We are seeking a motivated graduate or entry-level Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to launch your marketing career in a collaborative, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Preparation
- Assist in planning and logistics for events, including stand design, merchandise orders, and coordination with vendors and venues.
- Social Media Management.
- Support the creation, scheduling and monitoring of content across Fintua’s social media channels.
- Respond to messages and engage with the online community to build brand awareness.
- Content Support
- Assist the Content Marketing Manager in drafting and editing blogs, case studies, brochures and other marketing collateral.
- PowerPoint & Presentation Support.
- Prepare, format and edit PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings, events and sales pitches.
- Brand Guardian.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with Fintua’s brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Marketing Operations.
- Support marketing operations including Salesforce data management, campaign tracking and reporting.
- Administrative Support.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including maintaining databases and assisting with day-to-day tasks.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Skills & Attributes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for brand consistency.
Desirable
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous but not essential.
- Previous internship or work experience in marketing, events, or content creation is a bonus.
