About You:

  • You are a data-driven, analytical, organized, and proactive problem-solver.
  • You are intellectually curious, stay up-to-date on the latest marketing and analytics trends, and enjoy trying out new strategies.
  • You understand how to use, interpret and communicate data to guide the team's planning and decisions, and you’re not afraid to recommend a pivot when needed.

What skills do I need? 

  • 1-2+ years of experience working with an in-house marketing team or digital agency or other relevant analytical experience.
  • Proven analytical ability to gather, analyze, and interpret structured and unstructured data from various sources to compile reports and models in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Ability to read and interpret key B2B and SaaS marketing metrics and draw meaningful insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to explain analysis to key collaborators.
  • Ability to work and problem solve independently and also as part of a global marketing team that collaborates regularly with sales, revenue operations, tech and more.
  • Exceptionally attentive to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with reporting out of marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data from various sources (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics) to support marketing campaigns optimization, goal setting, and funnel analysis.
  • Performance Reporting: Create and maintain reports that evaluate the performance of marketing efforts. Provide actionable recommendations based on findings.
  • Support Campaigns: Work with marketing teams to provide analytical support and measure the impact of marketing campaigns.
  • Market Research: Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Presentations: Support marketing leaders in development of C-level presentation materials.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to support business objectives.
  • Strategy: Evaluate marketing and GTM strategies and create recommendations to maximize marketing ROI.
