POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market Intelligence Analyst to join our team and support our global sales strategy and market analysis efforts.
You will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, analysing market trends, and providing actionable insights to drive sales performance. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with key stakeholders to understand business and functional requirements and translate these requirements into robust, scalable, operable solutions with a flexible and adaptable data architecture.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to gain insights about customer preferences, behaviours, and trends.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate competitors’ strategies, strengths, and weaknesses and provide valuable and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and transforming large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
  • Develop robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from diverse sources into our data ecosystem.
  • Implement data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Work with stakeholders to understand key questions to be answered, and to define reporting and visualization requirements.
  • Help continually improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service modelling and production support for customers.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analysis or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, market intelligence, or a related role in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in sales tools and systems, such as CRM software and data analytics platforms
  • Experience with market research methodologies and competitive analysis.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
