The Role:

We are searching for a dedicated Legal Project Manager to oversee, streamline, and improve our legal operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a solid understanding of legal processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will manage multiple tasks, lead teams effectively, and ensure legal services are delivered efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilites:

  • Oversee and manage legal projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop written deliverables (e.g., slides, reports) independently or collaboratively.
  • Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
  • Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all legal documents are accurate, compliant, and up-to-date.
  • Identify risks and opportunities related to each project and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
  • Coordinate training and professional development for project teams

Skills & Qualifications:

  • ·       Proven experience as a Project Manager in a legal or professional services setting.
  • ·       Strong knowledge of legal terminology, methodologies, and procedures.
  • ·       Solid understanding of project management principles and best practices.
  • ·       Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • ·       Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • ·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • ·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Criteria:

  • ·       Formal Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2).
  • ·       Experience in legal operations, compliance, or contract management.
  • ·       Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
