Job Details:
Seeking a dynamic Manager Commercial Strategy & Planning to support the EU GM and CFO to drive performance management processes, monitoring progress against measurable outcomes; high level management activities, such as business meetings, tracking and driving delivery of KPIs across multiple areas, (I.e. finance, sales and operations), implement and track action plans. This key position will collaborate with regional sales and functional leaders, support strategic decisions, promote continuous improvement, and manage crucial projects during our transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support: Provide sales analytical data, support General Manager with co-ordination of European sales execution processes and meetings. Tracking sales execution plans and sales KPIs. Support sales managers with management information data to support building and delivering joint business plans with Key Strategic partners. Provide sales with analytics on a regular basis with respect to AOP, regional share data, customer data, product mix, customer mix, and volume trends. Provide customer data and analysis for the sales team and for customers as requested.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the EU GM and CFO to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's objectives and drive growth in the European market.
Executive Support: Act as the main liaison between the General Manager, CFO, and stakeholders. Ensure clear communication, managing schedules, preparing for meetings, and follow up on key action items for Town-Hall, MBR, and QBR meetings.
Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, competitive landscape, and business performance to inform strategic decision-making.
Management of Pricing and Commercial Agreements: Ensure the pricing process is duly executed in SAP (accordance to SOD and RACI); coordination of rebates and conditions across all customer and channels, including approval of customer deductions in alignment with the business agreements and best practice sharing across commercial leaders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business finance, sales and revenue growth or sales management is crucial for the role.
Leadership: Ability to inspire and lead teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Adaptability: Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment.
