- Lead the technical implementation of quarterly and annual M365 product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, user requirements, and budgetary constraints. Oversee deployment, configuration, and integration of core M365 services-including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intranet products-across the enterprise.
- Manage and optimize technical resource allocation across internal teams and external vendors for M365 initiatives. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate cross-product integration risks and dependencies within the M365 ecosystem, ensuring seamless interoperability and robust platform performance.
Outcomes & KPI Ownership (Technical Engineering Focus)
- Design, configure, and deploy technical solutions in accordance with the quarterly and annual product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user requirements, and budget constraints.
- Optimize engineering resources across internal teams and external partners; proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical dependencies and integration risks between systems.
- Communicate technical decisions and trade-offs to leadership and stakeholders, updating implementation plans as requirements and system data evolve.
Backlog Management & Delivery Readiness (M365 Engineering Focus)
- Lead the technical implementation and ongoing refinement of quarterly and annual M365 product roadmaps-ensuring alignment with organizational goals, user requirements, and budgetary guidelines. Oversee deployment, configuration, and integration of M365 services such as SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intranet & Communication platforms across the enterprise.
- Manage and optimize engineering resource allocation across internal teams and external vendors for M365 initiatives. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical dependencies and integration risks within the M365 ecosystem to ensure seamless interoperability and robust platform performance.
- Communicate M365 engineering decisions, trade-offs, and roadmap changes to leadership and stakeholders, continuously updating plans as platform data and business priorities evolve.

- Craft a compelling narrative for strategy, outcomes, roadmap, and KPI performance; tailor communications for execs, teams, and customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field w/ at least 4 years of applicable experience
- Experience:
- Proven experience in software development, large-scale applications, Generative AI, or a related field.
- Experience in consumer digital products and associated technical project management roles is highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
