Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Administrator required to join our team at Iron Mountain in Lutterworth. They will be responsible for managing inventory records, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records and track inventory levels.

  • Order Processing: Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation.

  • Data Entry & Reporting: Update warehouse databases and generate reports for management.

  • Supplier & Customer Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding deliveries and stock availability.

  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to warehouse safety regulations and company policies.

  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, invoicing, and general office tasks.

  • Any other duties as requested by a manager that are commensurate with your role. 

Key Skills, Requirements & Competencies
  • Previous experience in logistics, warehouse administration, or supply chain management.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in IT software and warehouse management systems.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • requires established skills and knowledge gained through training and work experience. Operates under moderate supervision.
