Drive new business and retain clients for translation/localization services through outbound prospecting, responding to inquiries, quoting, negotiating contracts, managing the full sales cycle, preparing presentations, coordinating with production teams, and delivering client satisfaction and retention reports.
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
-Maintaining and Developing relationships with potential & existing customers via telephone calls and emails.
-Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries.
-Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
-Gathering market and customer information.
-Negotiating on price, costs, delivery, and terms of an agreement and closing sales with customers.
-Responds to prospective client inquiries quickly and completely, providing appropriate follow up as needed.
-Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential customers.
-Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
-Manages all sales cycle activities.
-Identifying target markets, generating and qualifying leads.
-Planning and preparing presentations.
-Client satisfaction and retention reporting.
-Regularly follow up on existing clients and prospects.
-Business development Reports, Studies, and Feedbacks.
-Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers.
-Search and acquire information leading to direct contacts with prospective customers.
-Report and work with line management to identify target lists for prospective customers.
-Recording and expanding database and generate reports.
-Generate sales qualified leads by conducting Internet-based, targeted research based upon approved plan and transition to the appropriate Account Executive.
-Maintain, develop, map, and penetrate existing clients’ organizations to gain in-depth understanding of their long-term goals.
-Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
-Work on expanding and enlarging business cooperation with Company’s clients.
-Follow up monthly with the existing clients using business review technique to evaluate business cooperation status.
-Work closely with production’s teams and manage escalations to resolve and fix all issues the clients may be facing.
-Keep clients updated with the latest improvements, updates and new services added
-Execute sales plans to penetrate the market for Translation services and capture significant market share.Initiate interaction with prospective clients to generate sales leads via phone calls, emails or face to face meetings.
-Meet sales targets through quality, strategic sales leads, building and expanding client relationships; troubleshooting client concerns; and preparing sales presentations and supporting documentation.
-Prepare and present professional corporate business proposals and executive presentations.
-Establish and maintain current and potential customer relationships.
-Ensure high-quality customer satisfaction and retention.
-Assist internal teams with administrative tasks, like dealing with payment-related issues and following up on customer inquiries.
-Help drive customer references.
Requirements
-1 to 5 years of sales experience in the Translation and Localization industry.
-Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
-Translation & localization industry experience is not required but helpful
-Proven track record in achieving sales targets
-Demonstrated sales ability in every aspect of sales life cycle
-Ideal candidate will have established a network of professionals and buyers within the industry
-Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
-Strong presentation and closing skills
-Must be comfortable doing business over the phone, and be a confident and aggressive prospector
-Well-organized and detail-oriented
-Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
