Corporate Title Assistant Vice President
The Sales and Trading Legal team support various businesses within Deutsche Bank’s Fixed Income and Currencies division. The team advises on a broad range of transactions including highly structured and bespoke derivatives, structured notes and repos across all asset classes including rates and credit.
In this role, you will primarily provide support for our Global Rates businesses, advising on a wide range of products including structured rates derivatives, cross-asset index-linked derivatives, structured CDS, structured notes, finance linked swaps, deal contingent swaps and complex lending. You will also provide ad hoc cover for other businesses across the Sales and Trading space, developing a diverse practice and a broad base of legal skills.
You will build close relationships with the business, including spending time on Deutsche Bank’s trading floors and developing relationships cross- border. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to work with a market leading business on cutting-edge transactions.

Your key responsibilities
Providing advice on legal, regulatory and reputational risk
Drafting and reviewing legal documentation for complex trades with a variety of structures
Assisting the business in devising and implementing strategic legal projects and initiatives
Your skills and experience
A qualified lawyer
A team player who is flexible and commercially minded
Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
Legal industry experience demonstrating the ability to interpret, draft and apply legal documents
