We are seeking a Learning Solutions Designer to join our Learning Culture and Capability team. Reporting to our Senior Manager Learning Experience we are looking for a learning professional with a desire for designing and developing engaging learning experiences. Your creativity and skills as an Instructional Designer will be fostered as you work with the wider team and closely with the business to deliver unique solutions for our development programmes.
Previous experience contributing in an Agile workplace and in supporting an organisation adopting Agile ways of working will be advantageous. You will be working as part of a highly focused team that works collaboratively to deliver on the brief, on-time and within budget.

Project management experience, engaging with a variety of stakeholders
A strong design eye
Professional in their verbal and written communication style
Ability to write content in plain English, removing jargon and making it simple for our learners
Experience in building a variety of learning solutions including eLearning, online solutions and workshop material
Qualified in adult learning, learning design or another relevant field
Eager to work as part of a dynamic Agile environment but can also work on their own
Experienced with Learning Management Systems and Authoring tools (Articulate 360, Evolve, Chameleon, etc.) and the hands-on development of eLearning
High ‘EQ’ and the capability to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the business
Filming, editing and voice recording experience
Financial Services experience would be hugely beneficial
