WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As an L&D Specialist, you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. You will design and develop engaging eLearning content, manage training systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure employees receive the knowledge and skills they need to excel. This role requires strong communication, organization, and creativity to enhance learning experiences across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and develop interactive and engaging eLearning content for both technical and soft skills training.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to create relevant and high-impact training materials.
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate data tracking and reporting.
  • Track, analyze, and report on training compliance and other key learning and development metrics.
  • Act as the primary contact for L&D-related queries, supporting both internal employees and external partners.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of in-person training sessions and L&D events.
  • Support ad hoc L&D projects, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in learning programs.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a learning and development role.
  • Experience working with an LMS and knowledge of eLearning authoring tools.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise training materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to learning and development.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

  • L&D or training qualifications (preferred but not required).
  • Experience designing training for a global workforce.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
