Our EMEA Partner & Alliances team is a dedicated and experienced group of professionals who have been instrumental in accelerating one of our highest growth markets.
As the leader of this team, you will manage and guide a group of talented individuals, ensuring effective collaboration with our Partner Program, Solutions Go-to-market, Enablement, and Field Marketing teams. Together, you will develop and deliver programs that meet the needs of our Ecosystem, and drive success through and with our Atlassian partners in the field.
The Partner & Alliances team operates as an integral part of the broader sales organization, taking a unique and collaborative approach to selling.

What you'll do
  • Lead and empower the UKI Partner & Alliances Team to deliver Atlassian's Partner business charter-growing the customer community, supporting customers, and being Atlassian's megaphone to the world.
  • Drive SaaS subscription sales growth through existing and new partners, including business planning to achieve regional partner sales targets and channel recruitment goals.
  • Establish and maintain engagement with C-level prospects and partners, including strategic practice development and supporting M&A conversations.
  • Oversee partner pipeline management, sales/service lead distribution, and regional/solution coverage gap analysis to optimize recruitment and opportunity support.
  • Manage marketing development funds (MDF) and set goals for Channel Managers and Partners to align with Atlassian's marketing objectives.
  • Mentor the team and partners on scaling their business around the Atlassian model, ensuring partner engagement in product campaigns and marketing activities.
  • Guide partners in developing their businesses and products, and collaborate to sustain high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify, profile, and recruit new system integrators, consulting firms, and technology partners to expand the partner ecosystem.

Your background
  • Collaborative, experienced leader passionate about empowering teams and driving impact through others.
  • Strong background in managing teams within medium to large SaaS organizations, with expertise spanning partner management, revenue generation, go-to-market strategy, sales, and client-focused roles.
  • Deep understanding of the UKI region and key business metrics for relevant markets.
  • Proven success in driving team performance toward revenue targets, while delivering on individual commitments.
  • Established ability to drive effective communication and engagement strategies with prospects at a team level.
  • Skilled in guiding teams to profile, identify, and recruit consulting firms and technology partners on a global scale.
