Job DescriptionWe're hiring a Lead Product Analyst (Individual Contributor) to join our Money Movement teams in the Europe & UK squad.
The goal is to become the preferred choice of payments in Europe for people and businesses with international lives by providing them with the fastest, cheapest, most convenient ways for money movement in Europe and the UK.
You will solve various challenges related to our Payment Rails and Partners such as identifying priority countries for building Direct Access in Europe and the UK under new regulations, and constructing frameworks to pinpoint significant money movement friction points.
Finally, we're constantly seeking ways to improve speed by identifying and addressing main bottlenecks in our processes.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Compliance officers, Bankers and other cross-functional partners to improve the Wise product
Enabling your team to make data-driven decisions and prioritise the most impactful opportunities for our customers
You set KPIs and ensure they are actively used for prioritising the team's work; (this includes planning, opportunity sizing, retroes).
Be the primary point of contact for all data related questions and have full ownership of the domain.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Technical Skills: 5+ years experience in analytical roles with strong data analysis skills. You’re proficient in SQL (with the ability to write clear, performant, and reliable queries) and have knowledge of a scripting language (like Python or R) to automate routine tasks.
Problem Solving: You know how to solve ambiguous problems when there is no clear answer and proactively identifies ways to solve bottlenecks and remove blockers. You are laser-focused on the final goal, utilising the 80/20 approach to achieve results efficiently.
Ownership: You enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment: Identifying impactful opportunities and making them happen, triage requests by impact and focus on the main priorities.
Influence: You have strong stakeholder management skills - you are collaborative, you know how to influence and when to say yes or no to maximise impact. You have a bias to action - you identify what needs to be done and make it happen.
