At dentsu, our Software Development team drives innovation at the intersection of media, technology, and data. We are looking for a Front-End Developer who is excited about building user-centric, scalable applications that power the next generation of data-driven marketing.
About the role
As a Front-End Developer, you will play a key role in the design and development of our internal product suite. These tools are mission-critical for our media operations and have received both local and global recognition. You will collaborate daily with a cross-functional team of developers and product owners to deliver structured and performant solutions.
You will be:
- Building responsive, high-quality interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Redux (RTK Query).
- Prioritizing user experience, accessibility, and design consistency with Material UI.
- Participating in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning (SCRUM/Kanban).
- Taking ownership of your code and continuously seeking improvements.
- Supporting innovation through AI, automation, and smart data integration.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a proactive and passionate developer with:
- 3-5+ years of experience in front-end development (React + TypeScript).
- Strong expertise in Hooks, Context, and Redux (RTKQ).
- An eye for design and a passion for building intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Familiarity with agile development workflows and tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Experience with GitHub, VS Code, and GitHub Copilot.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- A collaborative and proactive mindset.
