Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

Reporting Development: Take responsibility for the development and implementation of reporting concepts and strategies that enhance decision-making processes.
Process Delegation: Act as the process delegate for our mobility divisions, focusing on reporting harmonization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction within mobility.
Team Leadership: Manage the development team at corporate mobility and mobility electronics, ensuring effective
collaboration and knowledge transfer to the Management of Costs and Resources (MCR) Process Solution Team.
Report Coordination: Oversee the development of mobility electronics-specific reports, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements and technical capabilities.
Stakeholder Communication: Engage in requirements management and documentation, facilitating clear
communication with stakeholders to optimize collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Standardization Goals: Drive the standardization of mobility sector wide reporting in project management, improve the visibility and usage of existing reports, and support the creation of standards based on business area requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Ensure stability in the ongoing development of reports, manage version control, and provide user consultation and technical support.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education: A degree in engineering, natural sciences, business informatics, computer science, media and communication management, or a related field.
Experience: At least five years of professional experience in product development environments, with a strong
background in project management and consulting (user advisory).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and modeling, with experience in Microsoft Project and iGPM MCR
being advantageous.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in an international development team, demonstrating strong
communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a project leader or line manager, with the ability to guide teams effectively.
Mindset: A self-reliant, analytical, and systematic approach to work. Capability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English.
Willingness to Travel: Availability for travel, primarily within Europe, North America, and Asia.
