The Kraft Heinz Trainee Program
This Program is designed to grow the future enterprise leaders. We are looking for high-performing, ambitious, and creative individuals who are ready to lead the future of food and beverages. Throughout the program, Trainees will hone their understanding of our business through commercial rotations, collaborate across the business to grow our iconic brands, and learn how to build their own legacy.
What's on the Menu?
Your journey will start with a functional onboarding, giving you a hands-on induction into each of our different functions. This is followed by a field sales placement to get to know our products and consumers! During the program you will get to work on an individual business project where you will be challenged to apply your problem-solving skills. You'll then experience a business placement in a field different to your project. After the 12-month program, Trainees will be placed into various functions where they can add immediate value.
Throughout the program, Trainees can also expect regular opportunities to meet with our Global leaders; receive mentorship from previous trainees; collaborate with trainees around the world; and enrol in learning experiences to grow as leaders.

Profile - Basic Qualifications:
- University Bachelor's or Master's degree, graduated on or after 2025 from any subject area.
- Maximum 1 year of professional experience after Graduation.
- Strong proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in additional European languages is highly valued.
- Candidates will be required to demonstrate the right to work in the country they are applying for.
- Mobility Preferences - candidates will be based in the location they apply to for first year. From second year onward, we are looking for candidates who are open to relocation within Europe, especially those based in the EU.

- These games assess a candidate's cognitive, social, and behavioral traits - there is no right or wrong answer, it's about how you think and approach tasks
Step 2: Pymetrics Video Interview
- A short, pre-recorded video interview to get to know you better
- You'll receive the link only if you pass Step 1
Step 3: Trainee & Business Interview
