Rarible seeks a part-time KOL Manager to grow relationships with NFT and token KOLs, executing campaigns and optimizing results in the crypto space.
Rarible is looking for a Part-Time KOL Manager to join our lean, fast-moving team and help shape the way the Rarible connects with the crypto community.
If you live on Crypto Twitter, have direct lines to both NFT and token KOLs, and know how to turn relationships into real growth — we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
- Own and execute our KOL and ambassador strategy, driving growth for RARI’s ecosystem and upcoming chain integrations.
- Source and manage a strong pipeline of token and NFT KOLs across X (Twitter), YouTube, and Telegram.
- Build relationships: onboard 10+ new relevant KOLs and maintain a CRM to track performance and engagement.
- Partner with KOL agencies, collaborating on content briefs and following up with individual KOLs to maximize campaign outcomes.
- Launch and manage our ambassador program, with a goal of 5 tier-1 ambassadors posting 2–3x monthly in line with agreed engagement.
- Track and report on performance metrics — reach, engagement, sentiment, conversions — and continuously optimize.
- Stay plugged into Web3 narratives and trends, identifying the right voices to amplify each campaign or chain expansion.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience running KOL/influencer campaigns in Web3 — especially NFTs, DeFi, and trading verticals.
- Strong network of relevant KOLs (not just access — actual working relationships).
- Strategic mindset: not just DMing people — you're able to think through campaign design, KOL mix, and narrative alignment.
- Ability to show past successes: what the goals were, how you structured the campaign, and how you measured impact.
- Excellent communicator with a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
- Familiar with community management and ambassador programs.Deep knowledge of the broader crypto landscape — you're a CT native who understands the culture, memes, and market.
Bonus points:
- Access to top-tier KOLs (and ability to show prior contracts or collaborations).
- Experience working directly with a KOL agency or running hybrid in-house/agency models.
- A personal online presence that reflects your fluency in crypto culture.
What's on offer:
- Competitive part-time pay: $2–3K/month.
- Trial-to-hire path — opportunity to scale up if successful.Fully remote and async — we welcome candidates from Asia, Latin America, and EU time zones.
- Be part of a pivotal moment: summer campaigns, new chain launches, rari.fun, and more.
We're entering a high-growth phase with a slate of new campaigns and integrations launching this summer. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to plug in, move fast, and take ownership of the way Rarible shows up across the Web3 creator and degen ecosystem.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene
If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
