Day-to-day, you will:

  • Understand the broader business challenges and technical requirements of customers.
  • Communicate solutions effectively in person or via video conferencing, and demonstrate the value of Access solutions.
  • Lead discovery sessions to ensure tailored customer demonstrations, address business and technical obstacles, and show how our product stack solves industry-specific challenges.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close sales while building strong internal relationships with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support your efforts.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience in the Legal or Property sectors, with a focus on conveyancing.
  • You will have previous experience in a B2B sales role.
  • Proven success in generating and managing pipeline in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC methodologies is helpful, but not essential.
  • A team player with resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills, able to effectively engage with key stakeholders at all levels within an organisation.
  • Ability for occasional travel and overnight stays when required.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
