Your responsibilities:
- Business Development and Managing strong customer relationships:
- Develop the business by transitioning from a distributor to a hybrid GTM model
- Manage Away From Home direct accounts, including pricing and investments
- Identify and acquire new customers to expand market reach
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring retention and satisfaction
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Create and execute a yearly direct channel strategy, including customer investments and plans
- Contribute to a long- term channel strategy to take the Nordics business to the next level
- Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Track and report sales performance, ensuring key KPIs are met
- Conduct forecasting and demand planning to ensure a smooth supply chain
Your Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree holder (preferably in Sales, Business Administration or Marketing). A Master's degree will be considered as a plus
- +5 years' experience in a similar/relevant position in Key Account Management, experience from Grocery/ FMCG Foodservice is a plus
- Other skills: MS Office
- Languages: Fluent Swedish and fluent English skills
