About Kyra

Kyra is an enterprise influencer marketing platform working with brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. Our platform manages the full lifecycle — creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

As a Junior Strategist at Kyra, you’ll help develop platform-native campaign strategies that combine creative storytelling with measurable brand impact. Working alongside our Strategists and Strategy Director, you’ll contribute to strategy from pitch through to post-campaign — turning insights into creative ideas that resonate across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.

You’ll collaborate closely with Client Solutions, Campaign Management, Paid Media, and Business Development to support campaigns for our enterprise accounts. This role is ideal for someone early in their strategy career who lives on TikTok, loves turning data into narrative, and wants to grow fast in the creator economy.

Reporting to: Strategy Director

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

💡 Strategic Campaign Development

  • Support the development of campaign strategies — contributing to audience profiling, creator casting logic, content formats, messaging, and performance KPIs

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to help craft platform-native campaign concepts that align with brand tone and commercial goals

  • Write clear, inspiring creator-facing briefs informed by data and social insights, translating client objectives into platform-native content.

📊 Insights, Data & Measurement

  • Track and report against measurement frameworks across CPV, ER, and platform-specific KPIs

  • Use first-party, platform, and audience data to inform targeting, creative direction, and optimisation

  • Support Paid Media and Client Solutions in interpreting results and shaping strategic recommendations

🔍 Trend Forecasting & Cultural Analysis

  • Own day-to-day cultural listening, market research, and platform trend tracking within the beauty category

  • Translate emerging insights into campaign ideas and brand opportunities

  • Contribute trend insights and POVs to decks, pitches, and proposals for new business

📞 Client Engagement

  • Join client calls alongside senior team members and present sections of strategic recommendations

  • Support Account and Campaign Leads in responding to briefs and evolving campaign strategy based on feedback

A large part of this role will involve writing creator-facing briefs, so we’re looking for a candidate who is confident in the following areas:

  • Copywriting: A strong, natural writer who can communicate ideas clearly, concisely and in a creator-friendly way.

  • Social & cultural trends: Someone who is genuinely plugged into social media and internet culture, ideally “chronically online” and understands emerging trends, formats and behaviours.

  • Fashion: A genuine interest in fashion, with an awareness of the wider cultural and social landscape around it.

  • Data analysis: Some experience working with data and drawing out useful insights to inform recommendations or strategy.

  • Strategic thinking: Exposure to and experience in strategic work, such as contributing to client proposals, developing recommendations or helping to build broader strategies.

WHAT YOU BRING

🔑 Early Strategy Experience in the Creator Space

  • 1–3 years in strategy, planning, insights, social, or branded content — agency, in-house, or strong internship experience in a creator, beauty, or social-first environment

  • Curiosity about AI tools and a willingness to build them into your everyday workflow

  • Working knowledge of platform behaviours, content formats, and the creator economy across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

💄 TikTok Fluency

  • A native understanding of TikTok culture, trend cycles, and platform-specific audience behaviour

  • An instinct for what makes creator content feel authentic and scroll-stopping

📈 Data-Curious Thinking

  • Comfortable working with performance metrics and audience data, and eager to learn measurement frameworks

  • Able to pull a clear story out of the numbers and present it simply

✍️ Creative Communication

  • Strong writing and presentation skills — you can turn an idea into a clear, compelling brief

  • Confident sharing ideas and taking feedback in a fast-moving team

What Makes You Stand Out

  • A hybrid thinker who blends logic with creativity, intuition with structure

  • Examples of trend analysis, social content, or campaign thinking you’ve produced — professionally or personally

  • Passion for beauty, social culture, and pushing the boundaries of what creator content can do

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
