Job Summary:
The RPA Developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting automation solutions using Blue Prism within the enterprise environment. The role involves working closely with business and data teams to automate processes related to the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and Data Lake platforms, improving operational efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions primarily using Blue Prism.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify, analyze, and automate eligible processes.
- Support and maintain RPA workflows to ensure stability and scalability.
- Work on EDW and Data Lake integrations as part of automation initiatives.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and enhancement of existing automation processes.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed bots and workflows.
- Ensure adherence to RPA governance, coding standards, and best practices.
Required Skills:
- Less than 3 years of hands-on experience in RPA development.
- Strong experience with Blue Prism.
- Basic knowledge of .NET, SQL, and Java.
- Experience working on Windows Server and SQL Server.
- Understanding of automation best practices and SDLC for RPA solutions.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Exposure to UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or other RPA platforms.
- Experience working with EDW and Data Lake systems.
- Knowledge of process mining, workflow optimization, or analytics integration.
- Ability to collaborate in Agile/DevOps environments.
