We are seeking a Junior Payment Integrations Specialist to assist with the implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance of payment gateway and processor integrations. This role involves collaborating with developers, product teams, risk management, and client services to ensure seamless integration of payment solutions while optimizing for performance, compliance, and customer experience.
What you’ll do:
- Assist with integrating new payment processors.
- Help manage project timelines and milestones for integration efforts.
- Set up and configure new approval processes.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Monitor transaction performance, payment metrics, and support issue resolution.
- Prepare integration documentation and internal guides.
- Work with Client Services and Risk teams to resolve payment-related concerns.
- Stay up to date on emerging payment technologies, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.
- Maintain and enhance existing payment integrations.
What you’ll bring:
- Interest in payments, fintech, and online commerce technologies.· Familiarity with payment APIs, gateways, and web technologies.· Passion for problem-solving and enhancing the user/payment experience.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- 0–2 years of experience in a payment, integrations, or fintech support role.
