Role Description
We’re hiring a Junior Market Data Analyst to join our offshore team. In this role, you’ll collect, process, and analyse market data to support key banking functions. You’ll work with risk, finance, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, identify trends, and deliver insights that drive decision-making.
What you’ll do:
Gather and validate market data from multiple sources
Analyse data to spot trends, patterns, and anomalies
Create clear reports and insights for stakeholders
Maintain and improve data processes and systems
Support risk infrastructure changes and UAT testing
Collaborate across departments to meet data needs
What we’re looking for:
Master’s in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field
1–3 years’ experience in market data or analytics
Strong skills in Python, SQL, and Excel
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Detail-oriented and a strong team player
