Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow the business of customers portfolio in the relevant aspects of Distribution, Sales, Key Account Management, and Category Management.

  • Define and execute an annual customer plan in order to develop the potential of the categories.

  • Conduct annual negotiations and monitor the implementation of agreed trading conditions

  • Present & list of new products in the assortment matrix of customers

  • Develop, coordinate and implement the promotional grid and marketing standards of the company with customers

  • Forecast sales volumes on monthly basis

  • Execute Trade Marketing Budgets and Plans for KA including the full Marketing Mix

  • Develop and prepare sales reports and control of budgets, investments

  • Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in FMCG or as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Pro-active and hands-on mentality

  • Strong planning, organization, presentation and execution skills

  • Good understanding of the overall sales processes including other areas (marketing / finance / logistics) and key account management relevant processes

  • Excellent data analysis skills & knowledge of digital tools (e.g., MS Office, BI tools, Internet Explorer, Mobile Apps).

  • Full understanding of client P&L and ways to activate
