Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who is eager to learn and grow. The Junior HR Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations, including administrative tasks, payroll support, office coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with employee records management and HR documentation.
- Support the payroll process by collecting and verifying timesheets and employee data.
- Ensure timely submission of information to payroll providers.
- Handle general office administration duties.
- Organize company events and team-building activities as needed.
- Be a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Schedule and participate in one-on-one check-ins and feedback sessions.
Requirements
- Up to 3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in MS Office.
- Experience working in a startup or small company environment is a plus.
