As the UK’s favourite property platform, Rightmove aims to give everyone the belief that they can make their move. To help us achieve this, we’re looking for a Junior Designer to join our Brand Design team within Marketing. 

The person we’re looking for is a talented creative with proven marketing experience who wants to challenge themselves and grow in a dynamic and supportive environment. 

The Junior Designer is a newly created position reflective of our growing team and ambition. This role reports to the Brand Design Manager and collaborates closely with other designers, copywriters as well as the whole Marketing department. They will be hands-on across all creative output, applying what they already know and learning all the bits they don’t. Good basic skills and a pro-active ability to develop is essential. 

What you’ll be doing 

Creating and assisting in producing design assets including digital banners, emails, social media campaigns, merchandise, video, branding, and everything in-between. 

  • Work closely with designers, copy writers and marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life. 
  • Ensure all creative output is consistent with brand guidelines and compliant with industry/regulatory standards. 
  • Contribute fresh ideas and creative input in brainstorms, workshops, and campaign planning sessions. 
  • Be across and curious about the latest tools and trends including generative AI. 

Who you are 

  • You’ve spent a couple of years (or more!) growing your design skills in a professional setting - whether that’s in-house, at an agency or even through freelance work. 
  • Can showcase a portfolio with strong examples of marketing/advertising graphic design, including branding, and digital design. 
  • Comfortable working in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with growing confidence in design fundamentals. 
  • Familiarity with motion tools (After Effects or Premiere Pro); we’ll support you to deepen these skills as part of your growth. 
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and confident working on multiple projects at once. 
  • Communicate clearly and are open to feedback, iteration, and learning from more experienced team members.
