About the role:
As a Junior Backend Engineer you will be working on an international team that is primarily responsible for the delivery of SwaggerHub to On-Premise customers on Kubernetes.
- Implementing new functionality in close cooperation with stakeholders.
- Build well designed, clean applications with solid technical foundations.
- Participate in design and code reviews, develop, debug, or modify source code and unit tests.
- Create and maintain technical and support documentation.
- Assist the Support Team in troubleshooting and resolving customer installation and management issues.
We are looking for you if you have:
- 1-2 years of experience in software engineering in JavaScript/Node.js or Java
- Experience with or knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm for container orchestration and deployment
- Experience working with or knowledge of Linux-based VMs and shell scripting
- Knowledge of design patterns and performance best practices.
- BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related domains
- English on at least B2 level.
