We offer you a permanent position as a consultant specialized in collaborative tools. As a consultant, you will help companies around the Atlassian collaborative solutions. You probably already know Trello? You will also discover Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and the rest of the Atlassian suite. At first, you will be trained internally to increase your skills on several technologies, according to your profile and your desires: agile methods (Scrum, Kanban), Atlassian collaborative software (Trello, Jira) with the objective to become certified.
You will work on topics such as :
- Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, XP)
- knowledge management in companies (knowledge management, intranet)
- customer support (ITIL, incident management)
You will provide expertise and advice to companies at different levels:
- collection and analysis of needs
- design of the adapted solution
- installation, configuration and administration of tools
- supporting customers in the use of the solution
- training of users and administrators
- coaching to help to use the Atlassian solutions at best
As our clients have various profiles, you will be working with startups, SMEs and large companies, development teams, customer support teams and marketing teams. You will enjoy being surrounded by a young and passionate team and the Atlassian culture transparency, both internally and with the clients, and team spirit team spirit.
About You
You are a French speaker. You’re comfortable diving into the client's environments and delivering successfully as the only consultant on the project. You are able to architect solutions based on established best practices.
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence or Trello would be a big plus, but above all we are looking for people who can adapt quickly to a new environment and who are open-minded!
You are encouraged to participate in all company activities and to propose ideas, even if it is not in your field. Whether it's about marketing or our business policy, we will seriously consider any suggestions you may have.
To feel comfortable in this position, you should ideally have this profile:
- understanding of the main principles of the software development cycle and Agile, Scrum or DevOps methods
- a first experience in an agile or support team
- nice to have: knowledge of Atlassian tools
You love learning and understand that information technology is an ever-evolving world. You enjoy playing with new tech and exploring areas that you might not have experience with yet. You are self-driven, self-learner willing to share knowledge and participate actively in your community.
Having overlap with your team is critical when working in a global remote team. For this specific position CET alignment is a must. In addition, reliable high speed internet.
