  • Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions across Atlassian products to support enterprise workflows 

  • Translate business and user requirements into effective system configurations, automations, and dashboards 

  • Ability to work with HR, Finance and other support functions to develop and deploy suitable ticketing solutions for their functional areas. 

  • Lead the design for integrations and APIs to/from existing HR, Finance and other support applications. 

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive system architecture documentation, blueprints, and standards 

  • Partner with product owners, project managers, and technical leads to gather and refine system requirements.
