About The Role:We're seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to manage our marketing operations across Japan and South Korea. In this role, you'll be responsible for streamlining our procurement processes, handling marketing campaign operations through Marketo, and managing regional marketing initiatives including swag creation.
This is a 3 month, full-time contract role with the potential to extend. Based in Japan or South Korea.
What You'll Achieve:- Submit and manage marketing activities purchase orders through our procurement system - Zip.
- Project manage the procurement process with marketing suppliers/vendors as well as internally with the Notion procurement, legal and accounts team from submitting the PO through to invoicing and payments.
- Support marketing campaign operations by managing Marketo campaign requests, preparing data uploads, and reviewing test emails in collaboration with the Marketo agency.
- Manage the end-to-end swag creation process for Japan and Korea, including collaborating with regional marketers and the global design team on ideation, design, production, and inventory management.
- 2+ years of experience in business admin.
- Have previous experience working with global teams.
- English, Japanese and Korean written and verbal language.
- Proactive.
- Be a Notion power user and are already an advocate for the tool.
