The PM will be responsible for end-to-end execution of enterprise-scale IT projects for IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity in the cloud.
The candidate will be leading programs and projects through the project lifecycle including Planning and Analysis, Execution, Delivery, Stabilization and Benefit Realization.
Strong project management experience is required which includes:• Lead complex enterprise IT programs and projects, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities, business objectives, and measurable value outcomes, including initiatives involving transitions to cloud-hosted or third-party managed environments.• Manage initiatives across the full delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution, stabilization, dependency management, risk mitigation, and benefit realization for both on-premises and cloud-based platforms.• Drive cross-functional collaboration across business leaders, technology teams, cybersecurity, infrastructure, architecture, compliance, vendors, and other key stakeholders, including cloud service providers and managed hosting partners.• Translate strategic intent into executable delivery plans, balancing scope, timelines, resources, risks, and changing business needs across hybrid environments (on-premises, hyperscaler cloud, and virtualized managed service platforms).• Provide strong stakeholder leadership across a complex matrixed environment, building trust, aligning priorities, resolving conflicts, and maintaining momentum across competing interests, including migration efforts across multiple hosting providers.• Prepare and deliver executive-ready communications and presentations, including program updates, key decisions, risk escalations, roadmap views, and recommendations related to datacenter transitions or cloud-hosting changes.• Use data and structured analysis to support decision-making, communicate program health, identify patterns, and tell a clear story around progress, risk, and business impact across both traditional infrastructure and cloud-based services.• Identify and manage cross-program dependencies, organizational risks, and delivery constraints to improve predictability and enterprise coordination, particularly when migrating workloads between datacenters, hyperscalers, and managed service providers.• Partner with business and IT leaders to ensure solutions are delivered successfully, adopted effectively, and positioned to achieve intended outcomes, whether hosted on-premises or within cloud/managed environments.• Promote modern project and program management practices, including customer focus, responsiveness, adaptability, continuous improvement, and strong organizational awareness applicable to cloud migration and hybrid-hosting models.• Coach and influence team members and partners to strengthen execution discipline, collaboration, and delivery excellence across programs involving infrastructure modernization and cloud transition.• Support financial and operational rigor through effective planning, estimation, resource coordination, and tracking of delivery performance, including cost considerations for cloud services, hosting providers, and migration efforts.
