Tasks:
The successful candidate responsibilities will include:
- Respond to helpdesk tickets;
- Providing support on operation issues on Azure cloud;
- Work on daily ad hoc requests and other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Can accept night shift work (standby);
- Good English oral and writing skills;
- Good communication and coordination skill;
- Good Team-work experience;
- Understanding of Azure cloud and Azure Services;
- Familiar with the process of onsite support, IT technology platform and environment;
- Familiar with SQL.
