Job Description Summary:We are looking for an IT Business & Corporate Functions Specialist to report to IT Corporate Functions Lead.
The IT Corporate Functions Specialist plays a crucial role in gathering and analyzing requirements from Corporate Functions departments.
Responsibilities include supporting the design, configuration, and implementation of system solutions tailored to enhance corporate activities. The role ensures the quality of both technical and functional implementations and monitors daily system activities.
Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is key, along with maintaining positive relationships with other IT teams to facilitate collaborative efforts and support.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and Analyze needs and new requirements coming from Corporate Functions departments (legal, communications, risk, qhse, procurement…)

  • Support design, configuration and implementation of the system solutions helping Corporate departments activities

  • Ensure the quality of both technical and functional implementation

  • Monitor the daily activities of managing corporate functions systems

  • Clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholder

  • Keep good relationship with the others IT Teams

Education & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

  • 3 years of experience in IT systems support

  • Experience with engineering information systems, project management platforms

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams

Skills and abilities

  • Strong analytical thinking and a proactive mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

  • Prior experience in renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.

  • A good relationship builder to work with stakeholders at all levels across the business.

  • Project Management Skills

  • Microsoft office suite

  • Fluent English written and spoken
