The Partnership Manager will source and onboard ISO & Referral Partners, engage in prospecting activities, conduct meetings with potential partners, and manage relationships to achieve sales targets. Kody, a dynamic and rapidly expanding Fintech company, is seeking a driven Partnership Manager to join their team. The Partnership Manager will play a critical role in growing the business by identifying and converting new ISO & Referral opportunities and nurturing relationships.
Kody delivers innovative payment solutions to brick and mortar businesses, primarily in the hospitality industry (however we cover most verticals), with a mobile point of sale platform and payments aggregator. With recent funding from prominent tech investors and leading hospitality chains, Kody is poised for significant growth.
The Partnership Manager will be a key members of the team, working alongside the VP of Commercial.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for sourcing, meeting and boarding ISOs & Referral Partners.
- Engage in high value prospecting activities, such as networking events, referrals, social media, cold calling, and visiting potential partners if required.
- Target Payment ISOs who board larger CTO merchants.
- Target Referral Partners who will provide you hot leads to close deals.
- Conduct a combination of 10-15 face-to-face or virtual meetings per week with prospective clients.
- Manage your Partnerships on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to ensure smooth target achievment.
- Promote additional Kody suite products to your Partnerships.
- Aim to achieve maximum revenue, ensuring they have at least two products from the Kody Suite.
- Efficiently manage your CRM (HubSpot) and maintain a pipeline of quotations to achieve target.
- Achieve your person sales target through your Referral Partnerships.
- Focus on clients with a monthly revenue per merchant to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Successfully assist Partners in completing the application process and guide them through to becoming active.
- Collaborate with internal teams to process, deliver, and set up products, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience throughout.
- MUST HAVE 3+ years of recent ISO & Referral sales experience in the payments space.
- MUST BE UK BASED
- Strong network of contacts in ISOs, Referrals, Payments, Hospitality space.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as an operator and more strategically
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Based in the UK with the right to work in the UK
- Available to start in October 2024
- Annual salary of £60k negotiable annual potential for OTE
- Remote-first and flexible working. We also allow our team to work from outside of the UK for part of the year, subject to tax laws and of course our customer needs (most of which are based in London)
