Description of role:
Working with the Associate Director of People and Culture this person will provide expert advice and guidance acting as first point of contact on all international employee matters to support the achievement of business objectives in line with the People and Culture Corporate Strategy.
Key Accountabilities
- Working with International PAC teams to create one PAC function globally, with over-arching ethics, and to align all PAC global policies to TWI ethics and local law.
- Proactively maintain and apply current knowledge of global employment law, communicating to the international PAC team and wider business where appropriate, any upcoming changes and new policy developments.
- Acting as a subject matter expert for People & Culture team on global policies and procedures and general People practices.
- Responsible for providing status reports and liaising with the Payroll Officer for global entities to ensure the correct application of pay and contractual sick pay is maintained.
- To work with the PAC systems manager to ensure Workday is maximised to support global visibility for the managers.
- Take ownership of supporting and advising on trends and themes in global entities and putting forward recommendations to proactively address underlying issues.
- Upskill global managers with relevant training, to develop management capability.
- Delivering delegated tasks from the Associate Director of People and Culture as required and in scope of this role.
- Managing and developing the global People and Culture Advisors.
