Managing the day-to-day monitoring of the Accounts Payable team email box, responding to inquiries from both internal and external parties.
Processing accounts payable transactions promptly and accurately, ensuring proper application of purchase orders and proper coding of non-order invoices.
Participating in various compliance initiatives, including but not limited to adhering to local and global AP regulations.
Working closely with the AP Manager to ensure timelines are met for monthly and quarterly close.
Working closely with the IT, People, Procurement, and Treasury teams to collaborate on automation and process improvement initiatives.
Collaborating with Snyk’s business partners to ensure prompt and accurate payment processing.
Assisting in the Coupa procure-to-pay system optimization.
Reconciling company credit card transactions and assigning proper GL codes.
Participating in various projects for AP process automation.
Staying updated on AP best practices and compliance regulations to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to standards.
