The Team:
Our Global IT Service Team ensures that all Celonauts—our employees—have the tools and support they need to work seamlessly. We're a hands-on, solutions-oriented group supporting Celonis employees around the world.
The Role:
Are you curious about what it takes to support IT operations in a fast-paced, global SaaS company? As an IT Service Intern in our Munich office, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting internal IT infrastructure and helping employees solve real-world problems. You’ll learn how to troubleshoot common IT issues, support onboarding, and assist in maintaining our modern workplace environment, covering both macOS and Windows devices.
The work you’ll do:
- Assist with day-to-day IT support for Celonis employees in the Munich office
- Support onboarding of new employees by setting up laptops, accounts, and access rights
- Help troubleshoot hardware and software issues on macOS and Windows devices
- Learn to use and administer tools like Intune, Kandji, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
- Collaborate with the global IT Service Team to handle requests via ticketing systems
- Participate in device maintenance, updates, and basic repair or replacement tasks
- Support mobile device management and learn about modern endpoint management
- Help document processes and build user guides for recurring issues
The qualifications you need:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Interest in working in a hands-on IT support role and gaining real-world experience
- Basic familiarity with macOS and Windows 10/11
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently
- Fluent in English (German is a plus, not a requirement)
