As a Finance Intern, you'll have the valuable opportunity to work closely with our finance team, gain practical experience, and contribute to the financial success of our organization.
Position Overview: We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team. This internship will offer valuable experience in corporate finance and accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in data processing in Accounts payable and Billing teams.
- Support the team with Month end close and various reconciliations.
- Assist with external audits by providing timely and accurate documentation and help preparing financial reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and provide analysis.
- Participate in research and data collection for various financial projects.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance department.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a degree program related to Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles.
- Prior finance or accounting coursework or experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Ethical and responsible approach to handling financial information.
