We are looking for an Intern - Channel Sales BMS to play a key role as Sales Representative (ISR) for Honeywell’s Building Management Systems (BMS) Partnering Channel across the UK and Ireland based in our Horsham office.
This position is responsible for providing proactive commercial and operational support to the Account Management team, as well as independently managing a portfolio of smaller partner accounts. Through effective coordination of quotations, orders, and escalation processes, the ISR helps drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction within the channel.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Partner & Account Management Support: Handle day-to-day partner requests, including quotation creation, technical inquiries, lead follow-up, and order tracking for the Account Management team.
- Quotation & Proposal Management: Prepare accurate and timely quotations and proposals for BMS solutions (hardware, software, services) utilizing Honeywell pricing and configuration tools.
- Tail Account Ownership: Independently manage a designated portfolio of smaller or inactive partner accounts across Northern Europe, including the Nordics and Benelux regions.
- Sales Operations & Forecasting: Maintain accurate opportunity data within CRM (Salesforce), ensuring pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy across assigned accounts and supported territories.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Customer Service, Finance, Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Technical Support teams to deliver seamless partner support.
Key skills and qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in industrial engineering, business administration, electrical engineering, or electronics.
- Demonstrates analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage relationships professionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Fluent in English (required).
