Main purpose of role & responsibilities in the business:
This is an interim Benefits Manager role for 8-months, reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnering and working closely with the Remuneration Lead and People Operations team to support our global benefits strategy at Kainos.
You will proactively design and execute benefits related projects globally that support our People Promise as well as support the effective delivery of global benefits operations across all locations.
Key Deliverables
Support the design and delivery of Global Benefits Strategy, ensuring alignment with Kainos overall Reward Philosophy.
Design and deliver new or enhanced benefits offerings
Manage relationships with brokers and support People Operations with policy renewals
Manage, develop and improve global benefits communications and deliver change management for new initiatives
Drive continuous improvement in benefits administration though automation.
Use data analytics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Provide input to regional budgets on benefit cost and spend management
Requirements:
Extensive Global Benefits experience
Extensive knowledge of market data methodology.
Extensive knowledge and practical application of global employee benefits programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
Strong project management skills
Broad range of benefits and pensions knowledge.
Excellent vendor management experience
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Advanced Microsoft excel, MS office skills, including PowerPoint.
Strong presentation skills up to C-suite
Desirable:
HR system experience, with Workday and benefits platform experience preferable
