Mō te tūranga | About the Role
The End-to-End Employee Experience squad operates and supports the banks multiple HR apps working closely with our key HR stakeholders. You will be supporting the daily operations to keep our apps running which will include development and integration management. Your mission will be to contribute to the continuous development of a modern app platform to enable our user base.
Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
• Strong sense of ownership to provide a high-quality experience to application end users
• Experience in API integrations, Troubleshooting and providing in depth analysis
• Great communication skills across end users and technical teams
• An appetite to learn new skills and a pragmatic approach to integration development and support
• .Net/C# programming language experience
• Strong Excel, SQL and Data Modelling Skills
• SOAP based WCF APIs and related tooling
• Backend REST API design & development
• Strong documentation skills (Confluence / Visio)
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Exposure to banking domain/data security and risk management
