We’re looking for an Instructional Designer – SAP S/4HANA to join our team in a Global / Hybrid location.

Your Role

As an Instructional Designer – SAP S/4HANA your role will involve:

  • Designing and developing target group-specific learning content (e-learnings, blended learning, microlearning, job aids, walkthroughs) related to SAP S/4HANA processes and systems.

  • Collaborating closely with workstreams, key users, and trainers to structure complex SAP content into learner-friendly materials.

  • Reviewing and refining learning materials to ensure clarity, relevance, and SAP process accuracy aligned with business needs.

  • Advising internal stakeholders on learning formats, tools, and methods, including digital enablement solutions.

  • Managing the end-to-end learning development lifecycle from concept and storyboard to implementation, deployment, and evaluation.

  • Supporting global SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives through effective learning and knowledge enablement.

  • This is a permanent, global role with high visibility, offering a hybrid working pattern with flexibility to work remotely while collaborating with international stakeholders.

Your Profile

You will have:

  • Several years of experience designing and developing digital learning solutions.

  • Strong instructional design and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.

  • Experience working in large-scale IT transformation or ERP projects.

  • A structured, proactive, and collaborative working style.

  • Experience using modern digital learning formats and methodologies.
